Asymtek Upgrades Support in Japan, Names
Hikaru Kitsunezaki Application Field Service Engineer and Technical Support Manager

— Asymtek continues to upgrade its technical support services in the Asia Pacific region with the announcement of Hikaru Kitsunezaki as Application Field Service Engineer and Technical Support Manager. Based in Tokyo, Kitsunezaki’s responsibilities include creating and managing an engineering team to provide full technical support and engineering services to Asymtek’s clients located in Japan.

“If we can provide the necessary support to our customers during these challenging times,” explains Kitsunezaki, “we can create more opportunities for growth once the economy rebounds. It is my job to maintain our support services to their fullest capabilities and have Asymtek fully prepared when the turnaround occurs.”

Prior to joining Asymtek, Kitsunezaki worked as General Manager of the Customer Service Department for SC Semicon Technology, the daughter company of Sumitomo Corporation. He also worked for another daughter company of Sumitomo, Sumisho Electric Systems. He was Electronics Division Manger and Semiconductor Division Deputy General Manager for the company. In addition, he worked for Sony Magnetescale, Inc., as an Electrical Engineer, designing the digital position read out (DPRO) system. Kitsunezaki graduated from Tokyo Denki University with a degree in Electrical Communication.
